Shalom Moreh, yes this is heavy! I am familiar with this; I was reading about Dr. Aris LaTham , he said (and I paraphrase) I do not drink water from the ground it has no nutritional value, I drink Coconut water, it has natural sugar, and it has all the electrolytes the body needs!
Moreh the food industry claims that Gatorade has nutritional value because of the Electrolytes, but it is FULL of sugar, which defeats the whole purpose. I will stick with Coconut water which helps my body thrive and stay alive! Praise Yah, I appreciate you posting. Much Ahavah
